93.3 The Bone “Keystone Light Unsmooth Moment Ski Trip Giveaway” Official Rules

1) 93.3 The Bone (“Sponsor”) is conducting a “Keystone Light Unsmooth Moment Ski Trip” Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes starts on or about 6:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on March 31, 2008 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

2) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Texas who are 21 years of age or older with a valid Drivers License at time of entry. To enter, listeners will log on to www.933thebone.com and submit their idea for the Keystone Light Smooth or Not Smooth Moment with Gary. All eligible entries are eligible to win the grand prize, though only some entries will be read on the air. At the end of the calendar year one winner will be selected from all of the submitted eligible entries.

3) One winner will be selected by random drawing on or about January 2, 2009, by representatives of Sponsor (“Judges”), whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Judges. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

4) Prize consists of the following: Four day/three night trip for winner and one adult (age 21 or older) guest to a Colorado ski resort to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip package consists of round trip coach air transportation for two from DFW Airport to Denver, Colorado, three nights’ lodging (standard accommodations, double occupancy), and two ski lift tickets (for winner and guest) for two days. Winner is responsible for ground transportation, meals, gratuities and any other costs associated with trip. Important Notice: All travel must be completed by the end of the 2009 ski season at the selected resort. Travel arrangements required 21 days advance reservation. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent. Travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500. Actual value of trip may depend on destination resort and time of travel.

5) Prize is nontransferable and may not be exchanged for cash value. No prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s discretion should any portion of the prize become unavailable.

6) Names, likenesses, photos and images of Promotion winner(s) may be used by 93.3 The Bone, and any of its sponsor designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7) Potential winner will be notified by telephone, postal mail or email (at Sponsor’s discretion). The winner must fill out official winners’ affidavits and release forms, which must be completed and signed by the claimed winner and submitted for claim verification. All required signatures must be present and valid for consideration of prize reimbursement. Winner’s guest must be at least 21 years old at time of travel and will also be required to sign and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of tickets, within the time period specified by Sponsor. In the event of noncompliance, if winner cannot be reached at the phone number or address on that winner’s entry, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or is undeliverable for whatever reason, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected if time permits.

8) 93.3 The Bone is not responsible for any failure in technology. Examples of such are, but not limited to: bad phone lines, cell phone troubles, broken computer transmissions, etc.

9) This Sweepstakes is open to legal Texas residents 21 years of age and older with a valid Drivers License. Employees of Cumulus Media Partners, Coors Brewing Company, The Integer Group, its associated Sweepstakes or prize sponsors, successors and assignees, advertising agencies, promotional companies involved in this Sweepstakes, suppliers, distributors or retailers of alcohol beverage products, and employees of other radio stations in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, as well as family and household members of all of the above, shall be ineligible to participate and win. 

10) By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to hold 93.3 The Bone, Cumulus Media Partners and their officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives as well as those of our participating sponsors and promotional partners (Coors Brewing Company) harmless against any and all claims or liability associated directly or indirectly from this Sweepstakes.

11) No purchase necessary, rules subject to change, all decisions of 93.3 The Bone are final. Failure to comply with rules as written here may result in disqualification.
